SPARKS, NV – A crash On I-80 Sunday morning claimed the life of one person and injured two others.
According to the Nevada State Police, the crash occurred around 4:02 a.m. and involved a single vehicle on westbound I-80 near Pyramid Way.
During the investigations, the NSP revealed that the vehicle struck a guardrail and caught fire under undetermined circumstances. One passenger in the vehicle sustained fatal injuries. The driver and another passenger were transported to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
